Thank you to all who attended our impromptu “pop-up” webinar on March 20th – International Happiness Day.
We took 45 minutes out of the day to discuss how to Put Positivity into Practice in life and at work. We talked about outsmarting your “happiness setpoint” and the habits, attitudes, and actions you can take to do that. It’s a great “primer” if you don’t know much about how to deliberately create more happiness. And it’s a great reminder to all of us (me too) who just sometimes forget that happiness is a choice.
