Our company leveraged JoAnna Brandi to conduct a 3 hour Relationship Management training seminar for our client-facing employees during our annual Benefits Conference.  JoAnna’s passion and expertise with positive leadership, employee engagement and deepening customer relationships was outstanding.  Her energy and insights kept the audience highly engaged, which was not an easy task considering we scheduled the seminar right after lunch!  The attendees left with actionable tools, techniques, and perhaps most importantly, inspiration to raise the bar on customer service.
