JoAnna came to Little Rock with my Vistage group and I was so impressed I wanted her to come speak at our physician leadership retreat. She took our physicians and other team members on a journey of discovery about a 5-Star Patient Experience. We put the mirror up to our faces and were forced to see how well we perform under our own expectations. This journey took us to look at our own reviews, ask how we would want to be treated as a patient, and lastly, how to create meaningful change in what we want to be.
I highly recommend JoAnna to any organization seeking to improve their customer (or patient in our case) experiences. We will take the tips/tricks and sage-like advice from an experienced change leader to heart and create those 5-Star Patient Experiences in the future.
