JoAnna, I’m writing to say thank you for our recent Customer CARE training. The training this time around with you was the best one yet. We have had other trainers in the past for these Customer Service Trainings and they just were not good. They were boring, not fun, felt like homework, and we all absolutely despised it every single time. Training with you was fun, knowledgeable, the information given really stuck with us and we didn’t mind coming to training. In my opinion if anyone is looking for a trainer for their staff in Customer CARE I would recommend you. I like how you turned valuable information into something interesting and enjoyable.
