Personally, your positivity techniques have done wonders for my outlook at work and at home. In the past two weeks I have gotten more “wow” responses from customers than I can remember! While I can’t pinpoint any one trick that I’m employing, it’s clear that whatever I’ve changed is working. My customers sure haven’t changed, so the way I’m interacting with them must have.
